RIXIMA Development

Student accomodation DIAC Dubai, UAE

"Dubai International Academic City (DIAC), a member of Tecom Investments, has announced the launch of a dedicated Dh700 million ($191 million) student accommodation project that will be developed by Rixima.

Spread over 1.3 million sq feet with 1,400 plus units, the project will include 417 sq ft and 492 sq ft studio apartments, with separate bathroom and kitchenette facilities. The single bedroom accommodation will measure 580 sq ft in size at the purpose-built development. " 18/Apr/2009 Trade Arabia

m town in Russia. the administrative center of Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug. It is located on the Irtysh River, 15 km from its confluence Ob. The population as of the 2002 Census was 53,953, up from 34,462 recorded in the 1989 Census. It is served by Khanty-Mansiysk Airport
